Beta Caffe Savyon - Giv‘at Shemu’el

I enjoyed the salad it was fresh and came quickly. We sat outside as my friend was worried wrt corona. The outside seating has little to no personality. Service is ok. Efficient. Again, no personality. Perhaps I am harsh? It is a good meeting place for the area. But perhaps next time I will take my coffee and sit on the grass. The walking trails in the area are just wonderful.

On the phone they said they don 't accept reservations, and yet when we arrived many tables were reserved. Food is tasty but slow to arrive, expensive for what it is, and comes in small dishes. Hostess was unpleasant. Savyon 's population is a wealthy 1% elite, and me and my wife don 't look rich enough I guess. It felt like the hostess was scanning us from head to toe looking for Rolexes, becoming rude when she didn 't find any. did she have a reason to? not really. this is a cafe serving brunch, not a chef 's restaurant with a dress code and a fancy Michelin dinner. EDIT FOR OWNER: this review is old >1 year) and got bumped because of an edit. I won 't mention the hostess ' name, only say that treating a customer as if you 're doing them a favor letting them in, giving a table and looking down on them the whole time isn 't justifiable even in an actual fancy restaurant. the waiters were nice.

Breakfast is very poor and expensive. Other places have choices of 2 eggs in the breakfast, the breakfast we had included only 1 egg, small salad, and 3 side dipps....for the price of 68NIS.... Does not worth the price to my opinion.

Service is trying but not good (slow and unprofessional). Food used to be better and dishes used to be richer. Prices are higher for much lower value…

Good service. great coffee. good food. cool ambiente. this restaurant is located in a beautiful environment in a small outdoor marble (now renovated-May 2022). the inner seat area is comfortable. the sitting area in the free is shaded and surrounded by green, which is very well maintained. the choice of the music gives the cool and harmonious ambiente and is not played too loud. the service is friendly and friendly. the personal works in collaboration as experienced bees, which shows that management is competent. this restaurant is up to date with vegan options. the meal itself was good. the pasta was well made and the vegetables seemed fresh (except the arugula should have been finer cut). also, I think if a restaurant offers a vegan pasta dish, it should come with vegan parmesan that they do not. for this special dish would also have been a piece of lime nice. the coffee was really good, made by a care, experienced barista. a few things bothered me: a table was not clean when I arrived, and one of the glowing lacked in my table a spooked. one of the waitress cleansed tables and then trimmed cuts without washing their hands beforehand. the pfeffer mills ground fine pfeffer and not cracked. the bathrooms were clean, but as they might already know, I like them impeccable. for such a beautiful place they should also have better air ducts in the baths and high-quality air liquefiers. all in all, a very pleasant experience.
