I was on a business trip and I found myself having dinner in this delightful place which recalls ancient atmospheres (like the architecture of the square in which it is located), and it was a real surprise, because its owner (Cristiana), while I was about to order the usual things (i.e. the same dishes that I usually eat in restaurants that serve Japanese cuisine), she offered me a series of exotic dishes that she reworks by mixing them with some typical ingredients of the local tradition (which is rich in history): well, for luckily she managed to let me try them, and I must say that from the first to the last (the dessert) she took me on a real journey that thrilled me with refined flavours, definitely out of the ordinary but above all VERY GOOD.
