Locale ed atmosfera impeccabili, molto eleganti e raffinati. Servizio davvero professionale. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione a base di carne, un piatto più buono dell’altro. L’uovo con castagne e topinambur era fenomenale. Ogni abbinamento è studiato nel minimo dettaglio, tutto perfettamente curato nella forma e nel gusto. L’unico consiglio che darei è di informare prima il cliente del fatto che non esiste un menù alla carta, ma che è possibile scegliere tra due menù degustazione.
