We visited with our son family, who live in the village! Highly recommended locally, we not only had a family dinner, my wife myself slept here as well! The food was superb, freshly made pasta, a good selection of meals! We were made to feel welcome, the kids felt at home, things for them to do! I would think it essential to book, very popular! My wife and myself stayed the night, apartment/room was very clean and spacious! Bathroom creams sewing repair kit! Plenty of hot water, not always available elsewhere! Super clean, well supplied with bathroom creams even a sewing repair kit! Very spacious apartment with super hot water! We cannot praise them enough! Superb! You really need to book, very popular!

This place serves the most amazing Cordon Bleu you will ever have!! The family that owns it have owned it for generations and they even make their own bread on site in an old style oven. The recipes have been handed down from father to son from a long way back. They have a large variety of different styles of Cordon Bleu. I had the Cordon Bleu Theirstein which has just the most spectacular taste and my wife had the Cordon Bleu Caprice which also very very tasty. They serve cold beer and there is even a beer garden outside for a nice warm day to enjoy the outdoors with a cold beer and a very good meal. The service was second to none and with a smile not a thing was out of place. Its also a hotel you can rent a room there if you want. This was a pleasant surprise and a welcomed treat. Well worth a stop in for a great meal with your family (kids will love it) and even for couples.
