I recommend meat with sauce, it is the top: both meatballs and stews and brasciole. all surrounded by a great wine of the house and delicious contours.
Sober local, the owners and the staff of the room is very kind and welcoming. the meat is delicious, the bracioles melt in the mouth, the meat of horse and veal are really succulent, bruschette at the top, potatoes to the ashes and delicious onions, wine of the house very good. a great applause to Mrs. Donatella and Mr. Diego for having made us taste these delicious dishes at a very low price in a humble and familiar atmosphere.
The name already says everything about this slaughterhouse equina in the center of the country. fabulous balls of donkey to the sauce, good also all the rest (from the steak to the straccetti passing through the roast mixed everything of horse obviously.) honest price. to come back!
Excellent quality meat. I tasted the horse diaphragm and it was divine. exquisite everything else. sauce meat, initial carpaccio. we stayed on Wednesday night and we didn't have to book. recommended
