Here is what I personally have about ntg: great ingredients, good portions, friendly service, fast online order. here is what makes me think about whether I continue to give them my business: they have this really bad practice, automatically add a tipp when they order online. I understand that the customer can manually overwrite the tip they add, but why is it an automatic fee? if I order online to go, and if I pick up my own order, why should I pay a tip? for which service? it is deceptive to automatically add a 15% point to online orders. tipps are in order if a customer is an eaten and if the service within the restaurant is provided to an acceptable level, but tapps for taking orders is wrong. the problem here is that if the restaurant chain wants that customers to type the kitchen staff, then they will not take care of their own kitchen staff and I would not want to apply for one more business.

Great food and wonderful service. We have gone twice so far and have been very satisfied with the food and service. So glad we have a Nick the Greek in gilroy now.

Worst most saltiest gyro I’ve ever had. Will not go here again
