Mountain Mike's Pizza - Gilroy

Save your money and time and avoid this pizza shop! I ordered delivery over the phone at 4:30 p.m., requesting 3 garlic cheese breads for my kids. I asked for marinara sauce, specifying two extras, and the employee confirmed I would receive 5 marinara sauces. However, the order arrived cold, with barely any cheese on the cheese sticks, and included only 4 ranch sauces and 3 marinara sauces. The delivery driver showed me the receipt and mentioned I had paid for the extra marinara, but it was missing, and he insisted I still had to pay for it. I called the restaurant and was put on hold for 35 minutes. When I called back three times, they put me on hold again. It’s clear they have caller ID and are avoiding addressing their mistakes. The employees were incredibly rude and couldn’t manage to deliver a proper warm order. Go for Little Caesars instead; at least they provide a good value and make sure you get a warm order that keeps the kids happy!

I can't believe this is what you call vegetarian pizza! I ordered a vegetarian pizza and all I got were raw tomatoes and jalapeños on bland, tasteless bread. For $50, I expected a lot more than this! I could have made something better myself. I even tried to improve it with your cheese and chili, but it still didn't work out.

We absolutely love Mountain Mike's! However, we've decided to stop being customers. We live in Southern California, so the Mike's in Orange County is out of reach for us. But we truly enjoy the Gilroy location, and whenever we're in the area, we make it a point to stop by. Unfortunately, our last experience wasn't great. I placed an order over the phone, but I discovered there's a voucher that can only be applied with online orders. So, I placed the order online, but it wouldn't accept my voucher. When I called to inquire, I was informed that there was an additional charge because of extra cheese. This kind of confusion is something I've encountered at other unnamed pizza places, and I can't accept it anymore. I'm disappointed, Mountain Mike's. Your pizzas are fantastic, and I hate to see you resort to tactics that drive away customers like us.

Came for lunch. Lady who helped me was very rude and still rude. 2 male employees came in were helpful and nice.

Great tasting pizza, easy to order online or via the app. The restaurant is clean and looks well kept with new video games. We ordered takeout today and the pizza was delicious!
