Domino's Pizza - Gilroy

DO NOT GO HERE!! If you have allergies and/or need accommodations made to your order this is not the place to go to. My girlfriend and her mom both have allergies to specific things and when her mom called to make sure the pizzas and breadsticks were cut separately they decided to hang up on her several times and then cancel the order when she had came into the restaurant in person and told her mother that she should check her feelings at the door and We don 't do that here when she asked about the allergies.

I ordered online for delivery. Was easy and convenient.

If your app says your food is ready; wait another 20min; then when you get there make sure they they made your whole order; and when you find out they didn’t wait another 15min.

Picked up a to go items to not be given my total order all by a test of customer service! Burned me for two items for a total of $6. It’s a matter of principle to “NOT “ take care of one’s customers! NOT COOL!!???

I always have great experiences with this Dominos. I order online or on the app for pick-up in store and it's usually ready in 10-20 minutes. Orders are accurate, pizzas are delicious- no complaints here!
