Philly Pretzel Factory - Gilbertsville

I was amazed at how efficient the store is running, now I stopped going there about 3 months ago, the place was shut down, and the people weren't about being on their phones as if they were at home and not at work. I needed something to gather to a small house so that I was in a pinch and this store was on the way when I was in keeping I was greeted with a big smile from the business Co-Manager Debbie and the other co-manager Krysten helped the other client and I thought it was a joke, I asked who the manager was so that I could supplement the store, and the employees Debbie informed me that they had worked out I will file a complaint with EEOC to review working conditions. I went into this place today for a quick snack after work! When I walked in the girl immediately left what she was doing to greet me and helped me order. She had a bright smile and told me all about their new brownie batter dip since I loved the chocolate and they recently got rid of it. She made it sound so good so I bought five pretzels and that dip. Her customer service made my day and the pretzels were delicious and hot! If your looking for a quick snack and amazing customer service, I definitely recommend this place!
