I saw that the reviews were not great, but decided to come anyway. I'm sure the food will still be okay, but we'll see.

I wanted to try a new restaurant, but was disappointed with my experience. The California roll I ordered had no avocado, and although I wanted to say something, I was informed at 8:05 PM when I placed my order that they were only serving limited items. The dining room was empty, and I only ordered one roll, so I was surprised that they couldn't accommodate my request. Overall, it was the worst food and service I have ever had.

I have to say, I was extremely disappointed by the sushi at this restaurant. I couldn't even keep it in my mouth, it was that bad. I ordered the spicy tuna roll and was excited to see that I got more pieces than usual, but unfortunately, it was the worst sushi I've ever had. I would rather eat liver and onions than order sushi from here again. I gave it a two rating because the teriyaki chicken was decent and the service was fast. Maybe it's because I recently moved to Arizona and am used to better sushi and a variety of cuisines (I miss Minneapolis so much). Unfortunately, not even soy sauce or wasabi could save this sushi roll, which wasn't even on my tray. That's all I have to say.

They had 2 total online orders and somehow gave mine to the only other person who ordered online. They asked if I wanted his food instead since they gave him mine. I thought the whole reason they didn't let you pickup the order by yourself was so theycould verify you are the person picking up but I guess that's not how that works.

Hours posted say they 're closed at 9pm. We got there at 7:35. The rude kid at counter said we have to get our order to go because the lobby closes at 8. I told him i had met my family there and the inconvenience it was causing and had we knownthat, we wouldn 't have driven all the way there. He could care less and responded, sorry, we have to clean, you 'll need to getorder to go.
