Wendy's - Gilbert

That's the worst wendy's coming to. I ordered the spicy honey chicken sandwich and it tasted as if the planter had a bed and it was hard around the edges and dry. I have my grandson the 4 for 4 jr. bacon cheeseburger, but it wasn't. he wanted me to come back to get the jr. cheeseburger. I'm gonna do it, and they're gonna get someone who's responsible for managing up there?

Worse wendy’s I was ever there. first a worker went around and asked if they enjoyed eating her. I told her to get my food before I confess. When I finally got my food, it was cold. next was the drink machine from almost every drink. the other machine had a sign that said orderly. never back!

I had a great experience at the drive thru. A very sweet lady took my payment, and she was so patient with me! She had such a warm smile and demeanor while I was getting my money together. I just wanted to make sure I let someone know about my great experience, and I would highly recommend going here! Thanks?

We have had many issues with this location. Their dining area is never open and when it rarely is its messy and loud with music playing by the employees. They are out of things and regularly the frostys are sort of chunky as if they weren't blended and also the chocolate ones are very chocolaty, it's hard to explain and describe. Their service is rough and the employees are almost always messing around.

After years of visiting this place I can't go any more. I had repeatedly rude / bad service, wrong orders, close early random hours, short workers always, and for the last 6 months it is like 15-20 minutes waiting every time or day of the week. this last visit lasted forever as usual and I got the wrong drink and they gave me sharp nuggets instead of regular. I have burned my mouth the rest of the night, because I have no sharp grip and that was the most order. I didn't eat my food except for pommes. the week before that they had no regular nuggets at all before a few months ago screamed a pregnant caucasian hired on me and caused a scene about a wrong order I addressed. it took months to get back and it was still terrible. unnecessary to say wait for full service restaurant such as time frame for wrong ordering and rude service has triggered me for the last time. I am happy to continue to the Wendy’s on mcqueen, where there is never a waiting period or a wrong order.
