This is really with ingenious service from the very articulated young ladies who are helped with my order this Monday morning! they were patient and fast and super nice. I come back to this one much more and this drive is somehow far, but that's how it's worth it! Thank you for being so helpful. Go to tropical smoothie café!

Just a reminder to ask them NOT to add 1/4 cup of sugar to your smoothie. If you do that you’re good! If not, you might as well buy a sonic slushee and call it health food.

I downloaded their app and ordered 7 smoothies for my entire family from this place for the first time yesterday. Everyone at home said the smoothies tasted great and they will definitely be ordering from here in the near future. Tropical Smoothie has definately gained 5 stars from me and also new customers. I like the fact that this place opens early and also stays open late. I would only change that if they offer instore pick up in their app? We should be able to pick up from inside the store or a side window in the store and not make us go thru the Drive-thru window as I had to wait infront of all the cars infront of me to pick up my smoothies from the Drive-thru window.

I love their smoothies! Delish. My only grievance is that they remodeled their app and changed how you earn points. I went from a free $5 to no available rewards. And now $1=10 points? and a free smoothie is 550 points?. So I have to spend $55 to get one free smoothie now?. I?m not digging this new system. But other than that, I love it
