The Keg Steakhouse Colorado Mills

With friends and family happy to celebrate birthday on Friday night, and as expected it was busy and we had to wait about an hour to get a place! they served brot and butter? ordered appetizers that wait for time without delays or anything I absolutely recommend the mushroom neptune absolutely amazing! then ordered the main dish, which served for ever used and even all, but me? and I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order! and I even ordered my steak well done and they served him well. ! but it was already 9:30 a.m. and I really wanted to go, so it didn't bother and went away! that was the worst of it. Apart from that, everything was in order. but expensive for the service we have received!

The meal began with calamari, which was overcooked. the sauces were delicious, but it is hard to come past the rubber texture of overboiled calamari. I ordered the top sirloin (medium rare) and it was cooked to absolute perfection. the cut of steak was more of what I would expect from a fillet mignon. there were some seasons, but I needed more. the sweet and the mushrooms were exceptionally cooked, but there was no seasoning again. the most tasteful part of my meal was the two-baked kartoffel. my wife had keg burger and Keg-Fritten. Once again the burger was cooked for perfection, but had no flavor and tasted like hamburger. the sauce on the burger was excellent. I'm not sure what's so special about the pommes, except the fact that she had salt on them. I feel that the (approximately) $40 for a steak was absolutely exaggerated on the Bland plate and the lack of taste quality of the plate. Unfortunately, I will not return because this meal costs too much for what I would consider to be a lower quality meal.

What a great dinner and excellent service. we have come tonight and nate has done excellent services. we started our dinner with nachos and the mushrooms neptune. both were delish. we then ordered dinner, I had the baseball top serloin and hubby had the filet mignon. we were very happy with our food. we also had the billy miner cake and dessert the celestial cake. we love this place.

We have brought out our 22-year-old grandson/nephew for his b-day. the food service was awesome! our server (debbie) was super and very attentive to all their tabs. that's a must. for our grand they gave him cake every day.

Loved the ambiance. Food was good.For starters we had the Neptune mushrooms, I wouldn't have known there was crab in them if I didn't read it. Husband and son ordered Filet Mignon both medium rare, they came out cooked differently. One looked rare (under cooked), the other medium (over cooked). I had the sirloin steak and lobster. My steak was good the lobster a little overcooked. Our server wasn't very attentive at all.
