Teriyaki Madness - Gilbert

I despise teriyaki chicken. My wife loves it. Every single time for 20 years of marriage, whenever she gets it, it's completely bland and absolutely not worth the money it took to get it to us. Until one week ago. She wanted teriyaki chicken and orange chicken so I tried a new place, Teriyaki Madness (Gilbert) and awaited yet another sub par meal that we overpaid for. Wow. I was knocked out. I tried the teriyaki chicken and I couldn't believe it. I know most people aren't going to believe this or maybe even read this. But I was floored! We have now ordered from here twice in one week and both times it was HANDS DOWN the BEST teriyaki chicken I've ever tasted. The chicken is so tender I won't even try to describe it. My wife LITERALLY LOVES the orange chicken. She told me that this was the best orange chicken she's ever tasted. So there you have it. The best teriyaki and the best orange chicken this married couple of 20 years has ever had.I had to call and talk to, Chuy who is the manager at this location and tell him that whatever he and his crew were doing there, PLEASE keep it up, because we were only going there from now on. If any of these two dishes are what you order, you're done looking. This is where you go.

Great, friendly service and eating that is delicious and nutritious. everything tastes fresh. it is worth going out of that.

I really like the Teriyaki sauce being gluten-free. I noticed after I had ordered that they have a veggie (no rice) option. I'll try that next time.

Awful slow service. Rude young woman at front counter that mumbled. I ordered two large bowls and received one. Spicy chicken that was over-cooked and had awful consistency. Your food and service quality and speed can not compare to Tokyo Joe’s. Not even close!

The food is OK. I got the salmon rice and noodles. They were OK, definitely on the salty side. But what makes this entire place is the cashier at the front with the southern accent. She made it an entire experience, walked my food out and walked back to get me sauces. She is the nicest person and I'm so glad she works here at this location
