Subway - Gilbert

Today, my opinion of this Subway has completely changed. Previously, I had low expectations for the service and food, but today was a different experience thanks to one outstanding employee named Brandon. He truly impressed me! Brandon had all the fresh ingredients ready, moved quickly and efficiently, and managed everything solo like a boss. He handled several to-go orders with ease while keeping a cool demeanor. The sandwiches were well-made, the establishment was clean, and overall, it was evident that this young man knows how to run a successful operation. Great job, Brandon, and kudos to the management team for having such a valuable asset in their business!

There was a long line outside for the free 6-inch Kerl, but after a delayed opening, we were told they weren't participating. Despite the disappointment, the staff remained cheerful.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I have to express my disappointment. I live just down the road from this Subway. My roommate and I went in at 8:11 PM, and it was the same girl working the night shift as last time. She seemed disinterested and didn’t put enough sauce on my sandwich. To make things worse, she tossed my change onto the counter instead of handing it to me. They also served me bread that was hard and difficult to eat. The last time I was there, I asked the girl for jalapeños, and it seemed like a huge effort for her to get them from the fridge behind her. We went in around 8:30 this time, and they don’t close until 9. I definitely do not recommend this Subway. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, and I work in customer service myself.

One day, thought subway closed at 10 (they close at 9) My bad, we showed up at 9:20 and no one was there.We tried again, showed up at 8:15. The door was locked, the kid working the food was serving his friend, making him a sandwich, and he locked the door so no one else would bother them. as we tried to open it, he pointed to his wrist like Check the time when it 's 8 pm on a thursday.
