Subway - Gilbert

Restaurant did not have eggs for the breakfast sandwiches. Employee we got was really slow, didn't know how to do her job as in ring up a code from one of those surveys for a free drink. Employee is not personable and doesn't belong in the working in a service setting.

Seems odd to do a reclview of a Subway but this location deserves one. Hernando made my wife and I the subway sandwichs we ever had. This place is CLEAN and Hermando took extra time while remaining efficient to ensure the perfect sandwich while juggling many other things being the only worker here. Hot soup, fresh bread, cold soda, and terrific service. Great job to this franchisee!

Tomatoes were inedible, vegetables were not fresh. Toaster was broken, and they were missing multiple ingredients and sauces.

Don't need here very much as I don't care for that much bread but the sandwiches in were delicious in the bread was very soft

I'm not satisfied with the service. I was told that if I bought three cookies, I would get one free, but I only received two. When I brought it up, they insisted that the order was correct. The staff member just walked away without addressing my concern. I definitely won't be coming back.
