Rosati's on Val Vista - Gilbert

I am utterly disgusted. I order a gluten free pizza from rossatis almost weekly. they gave me a raw pizza. Still good in the middle, absolutely disgusting. Called, they remade it. Would not deliver. Also raw. Not edible. They offered a credit but I didn't take it. I will never order from here again. This is going to make people sick. It is beyond unacceptable. I have never had rossatis pizza look like that. I'm half tempted to call the health department.

We had pick up order so we sat in car until pizza was ready. The price for a large pepperoni, Sausage and extra cheese was 35 that's rediculus. my friend loves the pizza me I've had better. think its on the greasy side.

If I had known that they now use Door Dash rather than their own delivery people, I would have picked my order up!!! Over 90 minutes, not the usual 45 minutes. Everything was cold. I had cash for a tip, but Door Dash literally drops off your food and goes!!! Anyway. I won?t be ordering delivery any more!!!!

Ordered a pizza (18 inch for $40+ which is ridiculous) through Grubhub, my order was placed with NO issues?. At 8:30?. At 9:04 I get a text saying my order was cancelled because the restaurant is closed?.I had No idea they closed at 9? Grubhub said they were OPEN and accepting orders. These clowns waited 30 min to cancel my order.. are you kidding me? Instead NEXT TIME WHY NOT STOP ALLOWING ORDERS TO PROCESS 30 min before you close if you?re not gonna gonna fulfill the order. Won?t be ordering from here ever again.

I don?t know what the issue was with these other peoples reviews but this pizza is bomb dot com. Even my wife likes it and she doesn?t like pizza. 10/10 would pizza again. Also the front desk person ran into an issue with my card and handled it great. 10/10 would front desk again.
