Panda Express - Gilbert

So I pull up at Panda Express in San tan not knowing they open later than usual on Sunday’s. 11:00 Am note I pull up to the drive through 5 minutes till and instead of taking a order the lady on the intercom tells me I have to pull around and wait for them to open, yeah I’m okay I’ll just take my money elsewhere knowing in n out burger opens their doors half hour earlier from their scheduled opening time. Note she had also told 2 other cars in front of me the same thing

The dining experience was not enjoyable. The fried rice was crunchy, and the mushroom chicken was not tasty. I'm unsure if it was old, but I am still feeling unwell after eating here last night. It has been about a year since I last visited this restaurant, and now I remember why.

I asked for four items but only one was available, the full menu should be offered until closing. They were out of shrimp, super greens, and ranchons. The night shift should be improved, there was no explanation for the limited options. The customer service was poor.

Our dining experience at this restaurant is fast-paced, with the quality of food and service varying depending on how busy they are. The dishes are freshest when they are bustling with customers, but this can also mean longer wait times. When they are busy, tables may not be promptly cleaned and the service may feel a bit rushed. However, we appreciate that they use fresh vegetables and offer items that are not all fried. While it may not stand out from other similar food brands, we enjoy our meals here and will likely return.

That's my way for fast Chinese. I'm never disappointed. except, this visit through the journey. I ordered the honey-nut scarf and it seemed like a small part for the charging. about 5 pieces. 2 walnuts and none of the creamy sauce I expected. I'm not sure if this is a regular size component, b/c I typically go in and I can see what they put on the board and can make adjustments if desired. Anyway, eating is always good and the service was instant and accommodating. parking lot: lots of parking space.
