I have been going to this los Faves for multiple years. I've had a little bit of rudeness, but overall decent experiences. This morning from start to finish was a disaster. The cashier used the same gloves that he was cooking with to touch everything in the kitchen, including my credit card, and cash and the buttons on the register without ever changing gloves. Which is a clear health code violation. Also, I asked to split the check because it's for me and my coworker, apparently that's not OK either because we got attitude from then on. Also out of all of the locations that we've been to in Arizona no one has ever charged us for a few extra sauces. This individual(short hispanic guy, short hair with a stubbly mustache and beard) chose to charge us .25 per salsa. So if you care about cleanliness, and if you care about just an overall good experience at a restaurant, I don't recommend this place any longer. The owners should reconsider having these individuals at the register and interacting customers. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever and that's a majority of my job whether I'm angry awake or not.

Great service, good food. sometimes they run out of the store for menuedo, but there are always other good food to get.
