Contribuiți la feedbackI enjoy their Cheese Steak sandwiches but ordered pizza for my co-workers. I requested 2 of the 18 well done pizzas, the key words, well done . Pizza should have crispy crust, especially when you order it well done .Nice people, but unfortunately the pizza was not done well ! Had I ordered it for home, I would have thrown it in the oven, or better yet, my Traeger grill, on the pizza stone. But, at work can 't do that...needs to be made as ordered.
Amazing Food and customer service also very clean place! Went in my first time tried the Provolone Philly amazing, wanted to try the Genos Famous but they didn’t have Cheese Whiz. Today was my second time in tried the Geno’s Famous they have CHEESE WHIZ!!!! Great place they are under new management so far so good! Shout out to them for trying! ?
Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! They didn’t send parts of the order and messed up on what was sent. I ordered a philly chicken cheese steak. I received a philly steak- NO CHEESE. When I called to tell them, they said, we are out of chicken! REALLY!!! Then cancel that order don’t sent what YOU WANT to send. We don’t eat steak! I also ordered a 2 liter soda,m. They didn’t sent that! I was then told to call Uber eats to fix it! Even the Uber driver said she always gets complaints from their orders. Save your money and time. Don’t eat here!! Gave the food to our dog, he’s the only one it was suitable for!
Great service, great workers, great management. Everyone seems to enjoy helping out, and is down to earth to chat with. Always see then working when I walk in, and the food is always great.I love the provolone Philly personally, and I get bacon ranch fries with it most times, great combo because I can only eat about half, so I have another meal for later ?? my eyes are always bigger than my stomach.
Oh my gosh! My husband ordered over the computer for delivery. After being a half hour late, my husband called and was told that they threw the order out because they didn't have any drivers but if my husband wanted to come pick it up they would remake it. My husband went and picked it up and only half the order was ready. He was told they were out of the other stuff, in fact they have been out of lettuce for 3 weeks. OMG!! REALLY?! They don't know where a grocery store is? They can't make a call to the customer and tell them they are out of stuff and also that they don't have a driver to deliver. They just let you order off the computer and take your money??? REALLY!!!? Is that customer service? Is that any way to run a business? We really use to love that place! We would eat there 2 or 3 times a month before Covid. We will never order from them again let alone go in and eat there!!!
