Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Gilbert

Neat and clean restaurant with friendly staff. The place was not too busy, but we waited about 35 minutes for our food. Had Baja Shrimp Pasta and Steak Sandwich. The pasta was pretty good but not the Steak Sandwich, the meat was dry and tough. Oh, andthe orange juice was really sour. The food was not at the quality that it should be for the price. Our server never checked onus once the food was served. Overall, just a so so restaurant.

This place was pretty fantastic. Angela was my server and the food was exceptional. The bacon deviled eggs were smooth and creamy with just that hint of heat to make you want 1 more. The pasta was delicious and the bread was so fresh you could hearthe crackle when you cut through it.

Came here for my son's birthday dinner. We haven't eaten in a normal restaurant since April 2020, so this was a very special occasion. Was a fantastic experience, the service and customer service was enormous – from the hostess, waitress, manager, they were all great. Fantastic food and — very good experience. Thank you for making it special for us.

We are still here basking in the afterglow of a great meal at Firebirds in Gilbert. The bread was crusty on the outside, but warm and soft on the inside. My American Kobe Meatloaf was absolutely delicious. It comes with the green beans and I requested a side of Parmesan mashed potatoes. The mushroom sauce is usually over the meatloaf, but I requested it on the side. My husband loved his grilled fish tacos with a side of steamed broccoli. The carrot cake was wonderful. They serve it warm with a side of caramel sauce. So good! We will be back! The service is excellent.

Wonderful as always, my wife and I enjoy coming here after the usual dinner rush. She takes the steak with green beans and I get the chicken pineapple glaze. I can’t say enough good things about Firebirds, or their fantastic customer service. Will go again, 11/10!!
