Fire Brimstone - Gilbert

Spoiled in the barnone co-op, fire brimstone is a great location with great food. they have two vegan options on their menu as a collaborative wall with uprooted kitchen in the other half of barnone: an almond-based ricotta cheese and a tempehwurst. both are delicious! full of recommend to get a pizza and maybe a wine or a beer from nearby restaurants.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while but live quite far from it in the valley. Finally did try it this weekend and while the area was excellent, it's neighboring eateries were wonderful, the pizza's here left us with a little bit of a disappointment. It had to do with 1 ingredient that they add, Rock Salt or maybe Kosher Salt. We ordered 4 pizza's in 3 different styles and they all had Salt sprinkled on them and made them taste really salty. It was 1 cheese, 2 margaritas, and 1 sausage pizza... all were salted. We're probably be back because the area is quite nice, but we'll be eating elsewhere.

Hands down some of the BEST pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. Everything is fresh, delicious and always hits the spot. I love that they use local ingredients and support other local companies like their Uprooted vegan cheese! This place is a MUST for your next pizza night!

What a cool location and some damn good pizza. Highly recommend grabbing a beer from 12 West (neighbors inside the same building) while you wait!

Very good wood fired dough. Interesting ingredient combinations. Quick service. Tough to find but worth it when you do.
