Domino's Pizza - Gilbert

The pizza arrived with what appeared to be several bites taken out of the crust at the back. This flaw went unnoticed until that section was eaten, and it was quite disgusting. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and when I went to the restaurant, the manager, Adam, suggested a credit for a future order, but I just wanted my money back. I won't be returning. The pizza itself was mediocre—the dough was tough and the crust was bland, lacking any real seasoning.

Domino's dining experience has declined. The pizzas we ordered were quite messy. Additionally, they should consider reducing the size of their side shell box, as it highlights the fact that the portions have become smaller. I want to express my gratitude to Ashley, who worked incredibly hard and seemed to be managing the place mostly on her own. I hope people will remember that many establishments are currently facing staffing shortages. We should all appreciate those who choose to work and carry the load for those who do not.

Love this Domino’s… order from here at least once a week faithfully… ????? always hot n fresh and they are quick to walk it out the my car! Mmmmmmmmm…..????

Pizza is good but they charge an outrageous $4.50 delivery fee. That fee should be free especially if they want you to tip their drivers.

The pizza is good, but the best part is the friendly staff. I am just frustrated that every time we visit this place, they change their policies. At first, sauces were free, but now they charge you for them. Initially, if you ordered bread, you would get a free sauce, but that's no longer the case. I wish they would communicate any changes in their offerings more clearly.
