Arby's - Gilbert

I went through the drive-thru and ordered four roast beef sandwiches for $10, a curly fry, and a chicken strip meal with curly fries and a Dr. Pepper. We were the only car in the drive-thru, yet it took at least 15 minutes to receive our food. To make matters worse, none of the requested sauces for the sandwiches were included. The service was terrible.

I was disappointed to find that they don't have potato cakes, and they also charge an extra $4.00 for a medium drink. I decided to go to the restaurant next door instead. My experience may be specific to this location, as other Arby's have been much better.

I tried the new steak sandwich that was advertised on TV, but I was rather disappointed. It had a very bland flavor and definitely needed more seasoning. This was in Arizona, so I'm not sure if other Arby's locations are any different.

So maybe not the healthiest, but for my taste it is tasty and reminds me of my childhood going with my family out. Tasty, inexpensive, and good service, That is American fast food at its finest.

The potato cake was unavailable, and a medium drink costs $4.00. I would recommend going to the restaurant next door instead. Other Arby's locations are not like this one, so the poor review only applies to this particular branch. Food rating: 3/5.
