Worst customer service . Took my order pull up in the drive through window three girls just standing there talking then the girl at the window turns around with a attitude.. This is the Duncan to go to. The inside is clean everybody has smiles on their faces and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I definitely want to point out Carlos was amazing although my purchase was minimum he did you know give me insightful information as to the fact that I could add salt and pepper to my bacon egg and cheese wrap which by the way enhanced it greatly with a little butter. I had no clue that I could add seasoning to my sandwich. Again it was refreshing to have superior customer service during these times when you don't have good customer service at all nowadays. However I will go out my way to come to this Duncan from here on out. Thanks guys for the best customer service ever!

This Dunkin' location is easily the worst I've ever visited. The donuts taste stale, as if they were leftover from the previous day. The staff struggles to put together orders correctly, and they seem disinterested in preparing food, especially in the evenings. If you're hoping for a bagel, you're out of luck; you'll have to settle for a wrap instead. Overall, the service is extremely unprofessional and rude.
