Sushi Jin Jing - GIBSONIA

Just travelling for work and stumbled upon this nice sushi restaurant. The vibe inside was nice, from the beautiful plants and the Japanese themed decor. We shared a sashimi platter (forgot to take pictures) which had lots of fresh fish! The Unagi and Salmon were my favorite! They also had soup dumplings which were quite amazing as well! Friendly staff!

Ordered 3 of the basic rolls spicy tuna and spicy salmon, and yellowtail and tuna (sunshine roll). There are 8 pieces of each, very fresh and very tasty! Also ordered the shrimp spring rolls and there were 3 of ‘em, also very tasty, not greasy, and possibly baked or grilled because they were crispy with little char marks. Got a side order of white rice and spicy mayo. It came out to $42.

The sushi and sashimi is very fresh. The Custard Bun is heavenly.

The food was so good! It was fresh and well prepared. It was a clean and quiet little place to enjoy lunch.

Stopped in for some takeout sushi. I got the dragon roll and the spicy tuna roll. Both of them were great! Will definitely be stopping back sometime.
