Fantastic lunch during a motorbike roadtrip. I enjoyed the sampling menu, and it was amazing. The most gentle service, they also added another cheese frittella because I liked the first so much! I will always remember this stop with joy. Most relaxing environment. Thank you...Sampolo!

Like many reviewers, we stumbled upon this little gem by chance. We pulled up for lunch and a thunder storm erupted, which added a fun atmosphere. Our meal was simply delicious. The wild boar stew and chestnut polenta were worthy of the most discriminating Corsican...grandmère and my beignets were sublime, followed by cannelloni made with the local brocciu cheese (like ricotta). The homemade desserts a chestnut flan and chestnut tiramisu rendered dinner impossible in the evening. The servers were simply lovely and kind. Worth a stop if you’re en route from Corte to Bonifacio.

Being in ghisoni, a must-see passage. There are menus at different prices. The plates are copied, the meat (I took lamb) and the fish (truite) are very good. a great dessert with chestnut, followed by a home tangerine liqueur, the top. cherry on the cake the children had space to play, there is a swing corner. the dream of all parents
