A visiting friend from Czech Republic recommended this place for their coffee. So good to find out that almost everything is vegan (except for the cow's milk: plant based milk Oatly is available on request at an extra cost). Had the kimchi burger sandwich, which was really good: the bread was perfectly crunchy and still warm, the kimchi just spicy enough to make it interesting. The WAY salad was made with the same kimchi, well spiced seitan (I think I tasted hints of anise), lentils and hummus. We rounded up with the frangipane pastry, which was just perfect.
