Pizza Hut Delivery - Ghent

I ordered the box at 6:30 PM and everything was cold. The crust was tough and soaked in oil, likely because the pizza had been left out too long. The delivery arrived half an hour later than expected. The toppings were poorly distributed, with three slices missing salami or beef (super supreme) and one slice only having peppers. This was a super supreme pizza from Aldi. This has never happened to us before, and it does not make us want to order from here again. We ended up throwing away half the pizza because the crust was so tough and soaked in oil. The delivery person was friendly and apologized for the delay. The delivery driver did not wait for me to come downstairs and open the door, resulting in my pizza being cold when it arrived. Delivery service and food quality both received a rating of 2 out of 5. The price per person ranges from €10 to €20.

The food was delivered by a cheerful delivery person right on time, and the pizzas were still hot and tasty when they arrived.

The bald cashier was very rude and acted like he never understood us. He was always sighing and looked like we were irritating him. I was going to give this place one star but decided to give it two just because of the younger worker who arrived later and was friendly. All in all, bad reception.
