I order food from this restaurant and it food them 3 hours !! I’m at 17 year old girl that doesn’t have car and they told me that if I wanted a refund I needed to drive to the store … which I couldn’t do . they didn’t care they didn’t try to accommodate me in any type of way ! I ordered on a Saturday but it should be no reason why it takes 1 1.5 for one plate of food then another 2 hours for a redelivery! Never ordering from this restaurant against

First time getting take-out from here and might be my last. We ordered via phone of which they said 15-20mins. I showed up for our order and they said it was ready. She gave me price of $23 on phone and I didn't think twice. When I got my food and began to walk out the door, I noticed two extra items. Realizing this wasn't my order, I found out they charged me someone else's order plus mine for a total of $48! They began to reverse the charges on my card and run my card for correct price of $23, but when I got home, I noticed a charge of $48 and then TWO charges of $23. Already having a bad taste in my mouth from the pickup service, I began to eat my food. The temperature was hot, but the food was bland. For General Tso, that suppose to have a little heat, there was none. The dumplings were ok, but honestly not impressed. Food was edible, but didn't stand out. I will keep this place on back burner, and try another place.

Terrible !!!! Complete mush ! Was not even sticky rice. I called at 3 and my food was delivered 439 pm. Soggy n mushy. The manager said he would replace it. I call back a half hour later and they tell me its because i didnt order it extra crispy and they no longer will be replacing my food. They refused to give me my money back or deliver new food! To blame it on the customer after delivering an hour n half after is appauling ! And then have me and my kids waiting until 530 from a 3pm order and me calling back 3 times just to have no dinner and be out my money should be a crime !!! Absolutely disqusting

Not a fan. Didn't look fresh at all. Tasted the same as it looked. Don't know if I dare to try something different from here.

I order at 631 and at 735 I called to confirm it was on its way was told yes it was with the driver 755 I called back as I had not got my food was told to wait so we did 830 still no food called spoke to the manager and as I was talking to him the food arrived COLD called him back and he told me he had to speak to the owner after several times of him saying this he offered me 10% off my next order since I order 3 times a month over 100 dollars at a time that did not work for me several more times on hold and him being told I do not have a microwave it is bad for us and the environment and I do not have a car at this time ie the reason I ordered to have it delivered cuz he then told me bring the food to him and I could have a refund I am In A wheelchair and in Johnson City they are located on Robinson Street in Binghamton....so if this is not taken care of I will continue to review this restaurant everywhere I can and I will be finding somewhere else to get my food from thank you
