Contribuiți la feedbackWe went to Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Mo. last Sunday. To our dismay, the cashier is rude and don't know what customer service is. While other staff were nice and friendly. Will never come back because of that lady.
I am a huge fan of Charley's and crave it regularly. I crave it enough that I am willing to pay for it to be delivered. This is where I am often left with regret. My last 5 deliveries ordered through the app have arrived with most of my sandwich modifications almost completely ignored. Its become an expectation that I wont get what I ordered at this point. Simple things like add mayo, lettuce and Banana peppers, or to leave onions out of the chicken teriyaki. It's almost as if the workers see delivery orders as out of sight and out of mind, making it easy to make the quickest sandwich possible and not bother reading the modifications. I'm annoyed with this location to say the least and find that they do a great job when I dine in. I just hope management could intervene in some way, perhaps have the person who hands it to the doordash driver actually take a look at the sandwich and provide a little quality control, bc its lacking.
