Contribuiți la feedbackWell what can I say.... It was so great we couldn't leave without signing up for their wine club. Especially due to the fact that we knew it would include their amazing olive oils. What a beautiful vineyard. The outdoor seating is located on this large patio that overlooks the entire vineyard. The view alone was worth the visit. We were lucky it was a perfect day as well so we had no clouds on the sky and the sun was shining bright. A beautiful August day in California. They brought out our tasters which included some bread to sample their olive oils as well. With every taste it just kept getting better. I'm personally a bigger fan of red wine so I'm a bit biased on my preferences. However, their whites were quite tasty as well. We were lucky enough to taste a special one off the menu called counoise. It was by far my favorite. We had to leave with a bottle. We had to use some self control otherwise we probably would of left with many more.... We look forward to coming back and making this stop a regular occurrence when we're back in the area and I'd recommend you do the same.
We met the owner. She could not have neen more friendly, informative on questions related to her wines, the upcoming harvest, the region... a truly lovely lady... we'll return. Oh, the view is spectacular spectacular spectacular To the owner from Kim Barbie
We came on a rainy day but we still enjoyed our time here. There is a gift shop area with a ton of gift options, obviously wine of course as well as wine accessories I'm sure at Christmas time you'll be able to make more then a few friends and family very happy with your gift choices. They have a great outdoor patio area with sweeping views of the vineyards and the perfect spot to do a wine tasting they have wine food here you can order with your tasting. The service was great and we all enjoyed the beautiful views and of course we enjoyed our tasting and we had a wonderful time here and we will be back very soon. Some of the most stunning views in Sonoma County. The view offers pretty much everything you look for in a gorgeous view and there's plenty of patio seating available to enjoy the view. In a single gaze, one observes green trees, green fields, lovely hills, and manicured vines. The view is particularly lovely if you visit on a blue-sky day like we did. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich and the family flight. The sandwich was a bit plain and overpriced, but I needed something more substantial in my stomach in reaction to a day of wine tastings. The wine was comparable to the others I've tried in the region. Overall, I would highly recommend Trattore Farms. The view is too beautiful to pass up.
We made the long drive through Dry Creek to reach this boutique winery perched high atop a hill With sweeping views of the valley that almost take your breath away. Trattore means tractor so look for the bright red one by the entrance as well as a couple for antique ones in the large and spacious tasting room. We had reservations for noon and were fortunate enough to visit on a Sunday when the wood fired pizza oven was being used only sundays). To help spread the limited quantity available to as many guests as possible, there 's a limit on how many of the delicious small crispy pizzas you can buy. We loved the slightly spicy salami with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of not so spicy jalapeño oil. In addition we had a charcuterie tray $35) which along with the pizza made a nice lunch. We tasted around five wines -both whites and reds, along with a couple of their olive oils and a balsamic vinegar too. It was all made extra special by being outside with the amazing views from the large and airy patio smelling of jasmine. The patio and view alone are reason to visit as well as the tasty food and nice wines and oils. Do yourself a favor and make the drive. They do also have a tasting room on the square in Healdsburg but without the killer views
