Ordered a #5 with just cheese and ketchup and after the really long wait got my food and had everything but cheese and ketchup went to counter asked for new and got the answer I can give u a piece of cheese and the ketchup is out there

Great customer service! Food was delicious and kids loved their different flavors of ice cream! The shrimp basket was awesome!

They need to get older people there working with the young ones because you have all young ones and they are not doing there jobs I go mostly on Saturdays but think I'm not going back the girl at the counter dropped someone's ice-cream on the counterand picked it back up and told the guy here he said I want one that didn't fall on the counter , I left then not sure if he gota new one or not , one time I watched the boy in the back pick up a hamburger roll he dropped on the floor and reused it , itwasn't my order or I would have said no way , but now I watch all the time when they make my food and one kid goes out sideall the time to meet friends and let's the people wait , the place is a hot mess the owner needs to wake up and clean thatplace up and get rid of those kids and get better help
