The staff at this restaurant is very attentive and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The standout dish is the wing platter, which I keep coming back for.

Highly recommended. The food is delicious, the owners are friendly, and the prices are very affordable. The meals are also very generous. A must-visit in Tarlac. Highly recommended! One of the top dining spots in the province!

The food met our expectations! I never really liked carbonara but this is the one I will come back for. The service was also great. Good food, good service! I will definitely return.

Super nice place! Cozy interior. Food and service were superb! We came around lunch time. The cafe was full of students. No wonder since they have very affordable and delicious food. And luckily we got a table. We tried their Sisig silog, Korean Strips Silog, Hochat Carbonara and of course their Milk Tea. Everything was good. SISIG SILOG was the bomb! Service was fast and accommodating staff. We'll definitely come back. See you soon Hochat Cafe.
