Waffle House - Germantown

This was the Germantown Parkway location across the street of Starbucks on 11/06/2026. The female server never offered refills on coffee. My hashbrown looked like it had been scrubbed in the grill with black burned chips. The caves were good and Texas Sandwich was too (3 stars). The service was only bad at this WH compared to other locations I was. Very appalled.

Good food as I expected from Waffle Houses. The menu was a little creepy when I was there, but hey! It's a Waffle House, it's not a chic restaurant. The staff was friendly and very attentive.

Saw at a table full of water because of a leak from the ceiling. I came to take my order... saw the water, but it didn't clean up. I stole an orange juice, saw the water again and didn't clean it up yet. I cleaned my food, but I didn't clean the water. Then I finally bought the check, but still the water has not cleaned. I gave another tip. She did her job and was polite to have a tip. My first and last time there tho

If I didn't give stars. There is a server that simply complains about her job and about people taking things away from her, and when we tried to be sitter, she gave us attitude and she was really rude about 4 to a table, but my daughter was the 5th person that she was tiny and fit into the stand with us and she went on to be rude about it and I guess her boyfriend was there in a both of you guys that I was trying to define My daughter loves waffle house, so it was sad that we had to go and find another place to eat because of this bad attitude, and I understand bad days, but she just complained about her job if you don't like to find something else.

We have a super, super nice waitress! Her name was Stella and she made our night. She had a beautiful smile and was so sweet. Why can't the world have more Stella's!!!! The food was fresh and hot....shout to the Grill Cooks. Good help is hard to find but Waffle House had the great ones tonight!
