Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Germantown

My favorite Popeyes in the area. Manager Kevin is brilliant and you could never say that the weather he owns the place or not how much he cares. The staff is ready for help and cries to the cook in the back, he or she knows when they drop the food so that it stays hot. Excellent experience, I always go back.

Every time I visited, it was a short visit. Everything seems clean, and I had good customer service experience. Every time I was, it was not very busy, so I can't say how they are when under pressure.

We bought 3 orders from 12 pieces chicken because we didn't want the pages to order a little for the office birthday party. But the male supervisor served a lot of thanks

Great place for chicken beans and rice. Please for fresh chicken! Except for the good place when you're hungry.

They used to be five stars, but they've fallen off lately. My main problem with them is when I order online for pickup. I make sure to wait at least 20 minutes, but if I go to ask for my order, every time they don't even start it. Also, they're stupid with the sauce. I had to pay for it. This is 100% better than the other in mateny street. 4 stars because the workers are friendly and have no problem to fix a mistake. We are people that we make all mistakes I'm just glad that I don't get any attitude from them.
