Mcdonald's - Germantown

The food was good, but the packaging was poor. The drinks were served on a dirty and smelly tray, which was quite surprising.

Charged my card threes time and then didn’t give me my meal. So I had to call and dispute all the transactions. Every time I come here. My food is cold. No salt on my fries and now charging me $24 and getting no food. Trash

Still Affordable food where everyone else raised there prices to the moon. Always have hot food, but most of the time it’s floppy. One problem and concern. No matter what part of the day you visit there drive thru they will park you for 10 minutes to bring out your food . I don’t think that’s how you run service time to show your company that you are doing a great job. Also it doesn’t help you get better. Get rid of the drive thru if you can’t run it properly

I went to this restaurant for breakfast today. The service was very slow, taking 20 minutes just to place my order, and it would have been even longer if I hadn't insisted. The manager was rude and did not apologize for the delay. The staff seemed more interested in chatting on their phones than attending to customers. This was the worst experience at McDonald's ever, and I will not be recommending it to friends or on social media. Zero stars.

I ordered a Big Mac, but instead received chicken nuggets that I had purchased on my way to work. I attempted to call the restaurant to request a refund or arrange to pick up my correct order after work, but the phone number provided was not in service.
