Domino's Pizza - Germantown

Today, my mom attempted to place a delivery order over the phone and was informed that the restaurant no longer accepts cash upon delivery. This came as a shock to us, as we have always paid with cash for years. To make matters worse, the employee on the phone transferred my mom's call to another location without warning, and then abruptly hung up. This level of customer service is unacceptable and frankly, ridiculous.

On March 22, 2024, I ordered two medium-sized pizzas from this restaurant and picked them up without checking the contents of the box. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that the pizzas were overcooked. I called the store to complain and spoke to the manager, Briana. She informed me that they recently replaced their old ovens with new ones, and as a result, the pizzas may continue to be overcooked in the future. Briana did not offer a solution to the issue and seemed unconcerned about the poor quality of the pizzas. I was disappointed with her lack of accountability as a manager. I urge all customers to be cautious when ordering from this establishment as you may receive overcooked pizza. It is best to avoid this store altogether.
