Chipotle Mexican Grill - Germantown

This Chipotle is definitely different from some of the other locations. The young staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Although I was on the phone (which I know is quite rude, so I apologize), they still managed to capture my attention as they worked quickly through the line. The female cashier was kind and attentive, while the guys preparing the food were friendly and ready to serve. If you're looking for Chipotle, this is the place to go. That's all there is to it!

I just want to take a moment to commend the team today. This is the first Chipotle I've been to that was incredibly efficient, and the staff at the counter were SO KIND. I'm particular about my bowl, and they were very accommodating. The food was exceptionally flavorful, and the fajitas were cooked perfectly—not overdone at all! I usually get dry steak, but this time it was just right. Unlike other places, where you might encounter rude service or indifference if you have specific requests for your bowl, here, the first employee I interacted with (who had silver braids) was attentive and patient with everyone. I really appreciate her. You never know what someone is going through, and the fact that, during this time of staff shortages and post-COVID challenges, they were so friendly and patient means a lot! Great team!

I really enjoy their burritos and tacos. I do wish they offered halal options for chicken and beef burritos or tacos. Highly recommended!

In this restaurant, I've consistently experienced issues with my order. They tend to serve only a spoon and a half of rice, which feels insufficient. The chips I receive are often stale and not fresh. Additionally, they forgot my guacamole on one occasion, and it seems like I'll have to return to get it. When I asked a staff member how to add points to my app after forgetting to scan at the entrance, she was unable to help me. It would be nice if they had a better understanding of how the Chipotle app works.

This location really needs to improve their supply ordering. Every time I visit, they seem to be out of something, and they only let you know when you reach that part of your order. For example, last time they informed me they were out of cheese at that moment. Since it’s right next to Giant, they could easily pick up some cheese, sour cream, or lettuce. It would also be helpful to put up a sign indicating what items are unavailable for the day, which would save time for everyone.
