Chick-fil-a - Germantown

The best customer service I have received in a LONG time from a chic fil A. How ALL places should be.

Looks like they gave a slider instead of a burger. It is the second time I purchased from here, and the chicken I receive looks like a chicken tender. Other than that, they have great .customer service

First, the food is always good at Chik-fil-A. I went to this location the day of the eclipse. One of the staff members was outside with her eclipse glasses on and was visibly excited about seeing the eclipse. She shared her glasses with me. I've never seen an eclipse with my own eyes except for on TV. She really made my day.

Happen to order from here twice in one week after the renovations using the app and drive thru. Both times staff were friendly, smiled, and they checked my order before they gave it to me. Chose the chicken sandwich and chocolate shake.This area is like an outdoor food court, so it speaks well that they are so organized and efficient.Thank you for good food and prompt service.

Food is always good. New layout allows for fast times through the drive thru. Glad to have them back after the renovation.
