Contribuiți la feedbackAs a worker in the restaurant industry, I will say that my recent visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings was one of the most annoying visits from anywhere I was. My friend and I had tried last week to make phone calls and shouted more than 30 minutes and nobody answered the phone, we finally came through after half an hour and someone answered and then hanged on us, then did not answer again. We decided to drive to the restaurant and place our order when we ran in the restaurant was very slow and had only 1 table eating in the entire restaurant and 1 umbrella owner at the bar. When we ordered our food, we asked one of the 2 bartenders and the female told us rude, we had to order on another counter. We set our order and waited, during this time I went to the men's toilet and was absolutely appalled and opposed to the condition that it was with how many employees we do absolutely nothing. This is the second time that we have come to this situation and have gone to the toilets that remain unattended. When I came out of the toilet room, I politely let one of the bartenders know the state of the master room and he did nothing about it, instead went back to his phone. For the 25 minutes after mentioning, no one had gone to the toilet room to check or clean it. Although it was the end of the night, I believe that keeping every facility in clean condition when the opportunity arises in slow times should be a top priority, especially in a place where food is served. I can only hope that the kitchen is not under the same conditions where the food is prepared! In order to complete our unfortunate visit, we came home in Hartford and when we opened our boxes of food, we found that we received another customer order and the restaurant was closed until then. On a positive note, I will say that the young lady who went to orders was very helpful and worked super hard, ran back and forth from the kitchen to the execution area where customers were often, while almost all other staff both stood around or on their phones. I'm not one to complain about anything or make someone worse day or work harder. Also not to complain about everything and everything in any way.. especially in these attempts times in the restaurant industry mistakes happen with short staff, etc.... But that just seemed like there was something that should be considered more to visit the toilets and keep clean, I hope they can fix these problems. Unfortunately, this was our last time to what our favorite restaurant as FamilyBuffalo Wild Wings after still another bad experience from the last time I certainly hope they can not only improve the cleanliness of food quality, but also the entire customer service.
Apparently this is a salad, some salad and a piece of chicken, I gave them 2 emails to make it right, they offered $8.00 on an appetizer.. So many possibilities now outside with better food and prices. Is it a thing to make a mistake, but not to correct it for a customer for the next time? Just Sad. You didn't do it right. So don't answer me automatically, unacceptable. You guys really don't care to be the next restaurant that goes down.
The only reason it is 2 stars is because the manager has done a good job to solve the problem. Picked up an online order by 630. I was a few minutes late for McDonald's because of my son's food. The take-out client looked through the warming furnaces and did not see it. It's good they're going after. They were muded and must have been short kitchen staff. The manager went very well. However, the hostess was most likely high to not check for my food or even go back and get food and check. Manager comes with like 10 orders asking what my order was and finds it in the heating oven an hour after. Fortunately, the food tasted good, but I would have fired it on site if I had found this order that quickly
Even if short staff our waitress was kind to arrange everything right, so the appetizers did not come out with entree. My only complaint was that I ordered a classic mojito and it's the worst I've ever had for $8 that it had alcohol in it. Other than this food came warm and prompt and everything tasted good.
I don 't know how this place still has customers. Short staff was not an excuse, as we don 't mind waiting extra long (almost 40 minutes for the food). We were visiting and having a good time anyway... The food: The fries were well overcooked and looked old. I can 't understand how a chef or waitress could bare to set in a plate or the table. I was actually embarrassed ?. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich, I thought I was on a prank show for a few minutes... No one came to claim it was a joke.. The sandwich was cold and watery with hot sauce. The meat was very limited as a kids meal would be more fitting. I couldn 't eat it, and I did ask if it was supposed to be served hot temperature-wise. I did order a different item off the menu because I never wanted to see that sandwich again. I ordered a burger and it was so hot when it came out, thanks! I must say, it was extremely overcooked, almost black, and I couldn 't eat it either.. see photo.. Drinks were hard to refill here, even though there were not so many customers. I 'm hungry, and hangry. The menu is QR code scanned and prices vary on location. The bill was $79 with one soda, three 10 piece wings, burger with a side and a fry.
