Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

The food was good, but there was really not much to choose on the menu. I really had a taste for a kind of grilled shrimp or the shrimps stir fry and also not on the menu.

Me and family have been coming quite often to this location and had never been disappointed. We arrived on 20Sep and ordered our drinks and it took a very long time to get the drinks so I asked for an update on the drinks. Then we placed our order, my husband was asked how he wanted his burger cooked and he stated well done. Again it took a long time to get the food as well. We finally received our food and he took a bite and the burger was pink. Even the waiter stated it was so bad that the cow was still mooing . My husband asked for another burger to be prepared well done again and by the time he received it we were all done with our meals. He got a container and just asked to get the burger to go at this point. He then asked to speak to the manager who had already been called to the table behind us with issues. As the manager walks over his body language was already negative like he was about to approach an issue on the street instead of handling it as a professional and a manager. The waiter explained to the manager what happened and immediately before she could finish he states he don 't understand what the problem is so my husband begins to explain he received a pink burger and asked what could be done to accommodate the situation. At this point you could tell the manager was more upset with us for speaking on the issue than he was that the burger wasn 't prepared done the way it was asked. We were honestly cool with they may have had a bad day until the manager came over and approached the whole situation rudely, very unprofessional. As we walked out the waiters apologized but not once did the manager apologize.

Great experience, food was good and presented nicely. Clean and very organized ! Parking is ample, Highly recommended...prices are reasonably fair.

Waitress we has was amazingly attentive and upbeat. She was busy with the section but always made sure to keep an eye out for whatever we may need. She went the extra mile to ensure food was cooked as requested and I could not have asked for a better server. This past experience was one of the best I have had in a long time.

New in town and haven?t been out in awhile, the neighborhood restaurant sounded like a good spot to go visit. It was one of our rotational night out places to go to back home in TX. I can not in good conscience recommend this establishment. The poor service, the laziness of staff to clean tables after other patrons are finished eating, forgetting to bring out food and having numerous people smoke by one of the entrances allowing smoke to come inside the food was enjoyable. That?s the only reason I?m giving this place a two stars. First and last time visiting this restaurant.
