McAlister's Deli - Germantown

In the past they have almost always made our job wrong. it's much better lately, but not perfect. they have the same menu for a long time and it is a firm access for us.

This location has the most beautiful personal! they are very gracious and endeavour to ensure that the service is excellent. I mean this as a compliment, because they even give Chick-fil-a run for their money in service with a wonderful job. eating is good. my wife always gets French dip and loves it. I tried the bark and the cheese that could have more bark meat on it, but that's my opinion if I order a sandwich with meat on it. the regular child meal are the best prices in the city with one under $3 and one under $4 option that includes drinks and cookie. the other couple we had eaten with had huge salate and loved her. I wondered why we don't eat more often? Oh yes, they close at 9 and we go in ~8:30 unaware of their closing time in 30min. they made a fresh portion of sweet tea and pulled out the limonade from the cooler, although they had already begun to purify the donor and they did it with a smile and we did not feel at all hurry. (We went at 8:55, so we didn't keep them. Thank you, we're coming back!

First time visiting this location and the customer service is HORRIBLE! As we stood waiting to order, a lady, who I'm certain is the manager, did not greet

I was in town for work and one of the locals said that they needed to come here for the tea.

What a great location. Service and food were excellent. This was a very bust Sunday lunch, but place was clean and everyone was attentive and helpful.
