School House Tavern - Germansville

The food was fantastic, but the service was lacking. It was not busy at 3:30.

We were among the first to be seated at the restaurant and waited for an hour to be served. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold. My mother didn't even receive her meal until 10 minutes after ours. They forgot to dress my salad and when it was brought back, it was so hot that it burned my mouth. The pizza was also cold and hard.

I had dinner at the Schoolhouse Tavern in Claridge tonight. The meal was enjoyable and our server was very kind. However, we were surprised to find out that there was an additional $4 charge for using our credit cards. I did not think this was legal. Luckily, I had some cash on hand, but many people rely on credit cards for payment. I have frequented this restaurant many times before, but this new policy may make me think twice about returning in the future.

Huge bretzel. was amazing. emma was a big server. we will be coming back
