A few steps from excellence! It doesn't mean everything's perfect, but for two stars, it's a lazy track! The reception is perfect, the staff is attentive and very kind. Hopefully, we can have a room overlooking the lake. Beautiful view, tranquility and freshness. The hotel is very well maintained, very clean. In all services and exchanges, you feel professional and it is pleasant. Everything is done to make a good stay. The restaurant is of an excellent level of delicate cuisine, presented with taste. All this makes forget the phonic insulation of the hotel which is very limited and can be embarrassing for some. Enthused by this discovery. We will return as soon as possible.

Despite a late arrival due to the trip to the Vosges, we were received and served with a smile. The value-price ratio is probably unstable on Gerardmer offers a high quality menu cheese dish in the evening to 28 euros. Very satisfied!

Great place I recommend, we ate very well, very good kitchen. the room is sober but very clean, very good reception. the spa for 5€ for an hour and privatized! is really a plus for a relaxing moment

Nothing to say! We stayed a half-board night with a remarkable quality ratio. The room 2 windows balcony clean tastefully decorated, separate toilet, spacious, good bedding. The meal of the half board Geneva cheese dish entrance dessert. Breakfast also at the top. And the very nice staff, attentive and listening. Beautiful view of the lake, part of the quieter lake, with a small beach nearby. 3 or 4-star hotels could take an example of the seriousness of the hotel. Parking nearby Thanks for all Sonia and Henry
