Small but nice place, very intimate! Delicious food we ordered nduja pasta and caciocavallo which was exquisite, rolls with rocket and stairs that were as good as I ever ate, sausage was less fantastic for the palate but still very good! for the child we took the cotoletta with the chips and also there, the meat was very tender and very good is that for the first time he ate everything without making whimsical the only flaw for which the 5th pallino was the local wine that was not exactly the best we say, drinkable but not really good (passable here.) and the price was absolutely in the norm, in fact, it is moderate for us street

This family ownes Osteria serves authenic calabrian food at very reasonable prices. The antipasti was simply delicious and almost a meal in itself. The prima patti pasta was delicious. The Osteria isa located in Gerace, which is one of the most beautiful hilltowns in Italy. If you visit both the town and the Osteria you will not be disappointed.

This home restaurant in Gerace serves typical Calabrian fare at very good prices. We were served an assortment of antipasti that were delicious, meats, cheeses, marinated vegetables, etc. followed by a variety of excellent primi and secondi. I had a delicious pasta dish for my main meal. My serving was so large that I could not actually finish all my pasta. Very good if I'm in Gerace again, I will seek this place out.

The place itself is really lovely and makes you feel like you're part of the family. The food was good our panini were delicious, the service was quick (exactly what we were looking for as we were in a rush) and the bill was just reasonable! Worth paying a visit to this place!

This restaurant doesn't do fine dining, it doesn't have a large menu, good now that's out the way, what it does do is offer 4 choices for each of the three courses (even the antipasti contents change everyday). All of the food is fresh, locally sourced with different dishes on everyday, if your a vegetarian no problem tell them and you recieve a wonderful plate of food that is not on the menu. The sole waiter is very shy, only speaks Italian and cannot do enough to make the meal memorable, whilst Mama is in the kitchen producing the food. For myself and my wife (vegetarian) to want to go back there three times in a week speaks volumes for the place. Enjoy!
