Wendy's - Georgetown

Waited in the slow moving drive thru for a little longer than normal, get to the speaker and get no acknowledgement.. I ask hellooo? And still nothing. Seeing the cars ahead at the window moving on through I figure there 's a speaker issue and pull forward in line. Get to the window and try to place the order and meth head in the window immediately cuts me off and yells that I have to order at the speaker, I said I tried but no one ever answered, I couldn 't take your order because I was... taking orders ??? As he shuts the window and I drive off to grab a Spicy McCrispy from across the street. I 'm a patient person, all he had to say is ill be with in a minute when I was at the speaker and I would have gladly waited all day to get that #9 that caught my eye. Car in front of me also drove off with no food so I assume they got the same treatment.

They get really busy and I usually understaffed their food is usually always good but the people make this restaurant

Food is very good quality. Service was a little lacking. Overall a good experience.

I don't understand why a major restaurant thinks it's okay to make an excuse for not having lettuce!! Buy some at a nearby store!

This is my favorite lunch time Wendy's but went today at 5ish and it was NOT GOOD. Drinks all tasted weird, dining room and kitchen were not clean, and was super slow.
