Cayman Islands Distillery

You must pay a visit to this restaurant when you're in the Cayman Islands. We were greeted by Luigi, the owner, who was extremely welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us during our visit and was wonderful. The food was also outstanding, with everything being incredibly fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Today on a laune. had read about the restaurant and wanted to try dinner, but ran out of them. so glad to have stopped for lunch. the freshest seafood I have eaten all week on the island. the darkened snapshot was perfectly prepared. served with rice and beans, one by the side and plantains. very recommended- beautiful place on the water in georgetown. a band has developed for live music. a perfect last lunch on the island!

From all restaurants in grand cayman, this takes the cake hands down. the personal is super friendly and jovial, the barkeeper is amazing and even prepares a custom cocktail for me! eating is amazingly fresh and tasteful! beer is cold, smoker friendly! wow! I wish I could leave this place 10 stars! prices are so very reasonable and portions are great!

The dining experience was fantastic. I enjoyed freshly caught thunfish wahoo fish and chips along with a delicious painkiller adult drink. My partner had black tuna fish tacos which were also delicious. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by our bartender and the valuable local guide information shared by the owner Luigi. The staff were very personable, friendly, and informative. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The freshly caught blackened snapper was absolutely delicious!! The rice was the best I've ever tasted, and the plantains were perfectly cooked and sweet. Don't miss out on this amazing local cuisine spot!
