The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent - sometimes friendly, sometimes unfriendly. They should be more accommodating to their customers who have a lot of choices on the menu. They need to ensure that customers leave happy by providing samples or answering questions. Overall, the experience was okay, but it's important to know what you want to order.

Today, I received excellent service from Jacob at the Meadowvale location. He was extremely patient and quick when I placed my order, and he made sure to confirm before adding anything to my ice cream. Jacob was also very polite. Fantastic job, Jacob. With service like that, this will be my new go-to location.

The ice cream here is always delicious and the customer service is superb. I had a young man help me today and made the overall experience very enjoyable. Will be coming again soon!

Good service at this location was cautioned about the ingredients in Rocky Road (not halal) prior to buying. Ice cream was served with a smile !
