Customer service was super good, waiting for eating was less than 10 minutes. coffee was also great! was part beyond expectations. 10/10

The breakfast was absolutely amazing my taste buds danced on every bit I had the jolt chicken bunny and went back the next day and had the early morning bakery and the hot sauce is a must this restaurant is a real jewel

I was looking for an authentic style breakfast that seemed hard to find after a review of the menus of many local restaurants. I found it here in cimboco. I had the island style ackee saltfish. as any one of Western Indians knows, salt fish is a breakfast spider. the ache and salt fish were very good. the part of the salt fish was very good. the coffee was also good. it was a pleasant surprise to find out that they serve milk.

Wife and I stopped by this place after visiting Pedro St. James. This is a good Italian place that also had gluten free options which we needed for my wife’s Celiac. The wait staff seemed to have pretty good knowledge about gluten and told my wife what she could and could not have. She had a pizza which she liked ok but thought a bit too much cheese. I had the Pesto Pennie with chicken, and it was very good. Nice clean place with air conditioning and very good service. We ate there for about $40US per person which included a couple adult drinks and tip. Note all prices were in Cayman dollars. As of this writing the exchange was $1CI $1.25US. Thus, you will pay more than the menu prices if you pay in US dollars. Also note that most places in the Caymans add a gratuity of around 15% which is shared among the entire staff. You then can add or not depending on your situation to be given directly to your server.
